Woooooohoooooooooo! (Make that TWICE!)
Firstly, I finished doing my monthly report and submitted just awhile ago... THANK GOD!
Secondly, I ran my fastest ever 2-mile or 3.2km this morning before going to work... 17:42.53!!! Shaved more than 3 seconds off the previous personal best of 17:45.63 set more than a year ago in August... Thank You Lord! I'm really BACK! And stronger than before.
This is my last run before this coming Sunday's half marathon. That's why I gave ALL OUT to run a good time. And I felt that I could have run an even faster time, had I taken some breakfast before running, and if I truly pushed more. Wasn't exactly 100% all out... yet! Woohoo! I'm really happy that all the 7 months of consistent training is bearing fruits. Now I really can't wait for this Sunday! Pray for me and wish me luck!
